Cancellation terms can depend on route, vehicle category, supplier partner, season, and how close the cancellation is to pickup time. We confirm the applicable terms before a paid booking is finalized.
Before Booking Confirmation
You may change or withdraw an inquiry before booking confirmation. An inquiry alone does not create a trip obligation.
After Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation rules depend on the fare type, partner allocation, vehicle hold, driver assignment, and any advance payment terms shared at confirmation.
Late Cancellations & No-shows
Late cancellations, missed pickups, wrong pickup details, or no-shows may attract charges because driver and vehicle time may already be blocked.
Force Majeure & Safety
Weather, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, health emergencies, or safety concerns may require rescheduling, rerouting, or cancellation based on practical conditions.
