Advance Payments
If a booking requires an advance, the confirmation message should explain whether it is refundable, partially refundable, or adjustable against a future journey. We believe in complete transparency before you make any commitment.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Depending on your bank, card, wallet, or the payment gateway used, timelines may vary. Typically, refunds reflect within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Supplier hold charges, late cancellation fees, no-show charges, payment gateway fees, and already-consumed services may be non-refundable depending on the confirmed terms provided at the time of booking.
